AVDF: Activating the Agent fails with error Activation key validation failed (Doc ID 3042435.1)

Symptoms

While trying to activate the agent getting the following error message despite providing exact activation key shown in av console -
[2024-07-08T18:27:23.373+0600] [ERROR] [tid: 1] : AV_AGENT_REST_URL_2 is not set in bootstrap.prop
[2024-07-08T18:38:01.094+0600] [ERROR] [tid: 1] : OAV-6012: Activation key validation failed. Check Audit Vault Server console for activation key.
