Symptoms

Running GoldenGate 23ai oggca.sh script fails with
SEVERE: [FATAL] [INS-85037] Deployment creation failed.
error.

Checking -> oggcaConfigAction[TIMESTAMP].log shows

SEVERE: [FATAL] [INS-85037] Deployment creation failed.
ACTION: Check logs at /u01/app/oraInventory/logs/OGGCAConfigActions2024-06-07_21-46-54PM for more information.

Return code 503 (Service Unavailable) does not match the expected code 200 (OK).
