Symptoms

The Reports Manager in Cloudera Manager is in bad health.  The log in, /var/log/cloudera-scm-headlamp/mgmt-cmf-mgmt-REPORTSMANAGER-<REPORTS_MANAGER_HOST>.<DOMAIN>.log.out, reports output showing JVM pauses like:
