Symptoms

On applying an interim patch <nnn> on the Database, Client, GSM, or Gateways homes, the following error is received:

UtilSession failed: Interim patch <nnn> requires prerequisite patch(es) [36741532] which are not present in the Oracle Home.

Apply prerequisite patch(es) [36741532] before applying interim patch <nnn>.
