Goal
Dependency Downloader scripts fail with below errors
[ERROR] Plugin org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-clean-plugin:X.X or one of its dependencies could not be resolved: Failed to read artifact descriptor for org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-clean-plugin:jar:X.X: Could not transfer artifact org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-clean-plugin:pom:X.X from/to central (https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2): transfer failed for https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/apache/maven/plugins/maven-clean-plugin/X.X/maven-clean-plugin-X.X.pom: Connect to repo.maven.apache.org:443 [repo.maven.apache.org/146.75.32.215] failed: Connection timed out (Connection timed out) -> [Help 1]
