Oracle 19c Silent Installation Fails on RHEL 7 with [INS-32038]: Invalid Operating System Group (oracle) Specified for oraInventory Ownership, is invalid. (Doc ID 3047921.1)

Symptoms

While executing the following command for Oracle 19c silent installation on RHEL 7, the installation fails:

$./runInstaller -silent -debug -force oracle.install.option=INSTALL_DB_SWONLY UNIX_GROUP_NAME=oracle ORACLE_HOME=/u011/app/oracle/product/19.0/db_1 ORACLE_BASE=/u011/app/oracle oracle.install.db.InstallEdition=EE oracle.install.db.DBA_GROUP=dba oracle.install.db.OPER_GROUP=oinstall oracle.install.db.OSBACKUPDBA_GROUP=oinstall oracle.install.db.OSDGDBA_GROUP=oinstall oracle.install.db.OSKMDBA_GROUP=oinstall oracle.install.db.OSRACDBA_GROUP=oinstall DECLINE_SECURITY_UPDATES=true
