Symptoms
Trying the apply the OJVM RU 19.23 patch and datapatch failed wilt below error
Summary of the issue:
1. Node 1 gets patched with DB PSU / OJVM Patch
2. Node 1 is restarted after the patching.
3. System runs the SQL : 4f3twp3r59u0w / jvmpsui.sql (declare trash varchar(100):=dbms_java_test.funcall('-eujs',' ');begin null;end;)
4. This SQL Hangs
5. OCI Job continues to patch Node 2
6. Node 2 gets restarted
7. Datapatch - SQLPatch Upgrade. which tries to run SQL statements that contain dbms_java package and it hangs.
