Symptoms

On 19c, an insert using SDO_CS.TRANSFORM fails with the following error:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [mdcsistpcvInt()+2047] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x7F5574DBAF78] [PC:0x65176CF] [Address not mapped to object] []
