Customer is reporting errors trying to apply 19.24 RU like follow :

Error at line 141127: script md/admin/sdoepsgsrid6622.sql
- ORA-01502: index 'MDSYS.SYS_C008350' or partition of such index is in unusable
- state
- ORA-06512: at "MDSYS.SDO_CRS_INSERT_TRIGGER", line 82
- ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'MDSYS.SDO_CRS_INSERT_TRIGGER'
- ORA-06512: at line 11
