Symptoms
In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, Fleet ROLLBACK_RACDB fails to cleanup files staged in /tmp location after successful operation.
Command:
$ emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name="Rollback DB" -purpose=ROLLBACK_DB -target_type=rac_database -target_list="<Target_List>" -normal_credential="ORACLE:SYSMAN" -privilege_credential="ROOT:SYSMAN"

Files Not Cleanup :
