Symptoms

While trying to apply the 19.24 GI RU, the 'opatchauto apply' operation failed stating an old Release Update (19.20 DB RU - Patch 35320081) is not present in the inventory:

File: opatchauto*.log

Changes

Customer applied a patch online/hot and left it in place.
