Goal

How to specify the failover instance on the service.

Service "svc_A" typically works on inst1 , but if inst1 goes down with the trouble, want to specify failover instances in order inst2 , then inst3.
Also service "svc_B" typically works on inst1 , but if inst1 goes down with the trouble, want to specify failover instances in order inst3 , then inst2.
