Disk Status Temporarily BAD Based On MR_PD_STATE_UNCONFIGURED_BAD (Doc ID 3054646.1)

Symptoms

When OAKD check the status of the disk, the LSI SDK may not be able to read the disk capacity and return MR_PD_STATE_UNCONFIGURED_BAD.
OAKD temporarily sets the disk status to BAD based on MR_PD_STATE_UNCONFIGURED_BAD, but return to GOOD immediately.
Also, DISKALRT-02004 is notified to ASR because the status of disk is BAD.
