Creating a new database home on the ODA failing with below errors


[Setting up SSH for user] - However, sshUserNode: /oda/dcs/ssh-ts/user_oracleexists.It is an inconsistent state
  [Setting up SSH for user] - com.oracle.dcs.commons.exception.DcsTaskFailureException: Failed to run SSH key delete related operations
  [Setting up SSH for user] - Task got exception:

DCS Agent log had below entries

 SSH was having issue
