Symptoms

According to online documentation,

V$SESSION_FIX_CONTROL displays information about Fix Control (enabled/disabled) for the current session.

But when querying V$SESSION_FIX_CONTROL with IN condition, sometimes it returns values for session(s) other than the current as well.
