Symptoms

The goal of this document is how to recover PDB$SEED database when there is no latest backups of PDB$SEED datafiles available.

For the purposes of this document, the following fictitious environment is used as an example to describe the procedure:
In this example we are assuming there is CDB with PDB PDB01.

Pluggable Database Name      : PDB01
PDB$SEED has 3 tablespaces : SYSTEM,SYSAUX,UNDOTBS1
PDB$SEED datafile Numbers  : 2,4,6

Consider following is the case :
whole database point in time restore completed.
All CDB$ROOT,PDB01 datafiles restored
On destination server already PDB$SEED datafiles has restored with OLD checkpoint date.
Latest PDB$SEED datafile backup does not exist from source.
