The RMAN backup of Protected database to ZDLRA is failing during the allocate of the channel with the following error :

RA_FORMAT=TRUE is being used when the channel is allocated.
The library for ZDLRA used to allocate the channel is the recommended in (Doc ID 2219812.1) ZDLRA: Where to download new sbt library (libra.so module)
Reviewing the RMAN Configuration the "BACKUP COPIES" is not greater than 1. For example:

CONFIGURE DATAFILE BACKUP COPIES FOR DEVICE TYPE 'SBT_TAPE' TO 1;.
