OGG Deployment (oggca.sh) - Fails On CIFS Shared Folder (Doc ID 3064324.1)

Symptoms

OGG deployment via oggca.sh on a CIFS Shared Folder fails with the following error:

2024-12-02T17:22:29.684+01:00 | SEVERE | Key 'PRM_SM_ENV_VARS' not found in parameters or it has a null value.
024-12-02T17:23:00.303+01:00 | SEVERE | Return code 503 (Service Unavailable) does not match the expected code 200 (OK).
2024-12-02T17:23:00.303+01:00 | SEVERE | Verification failed for REST call to '/services/v2/deployments'

Changes

CT was able to deploy successfully on local but deployment failing on CIFS shared folder.
