Cluster Startup Failure Due to XML XDK Error (Doc ID 3064742.1)

Below issue reported after patching on one of the node:

The customer encountered an issue where their cluster failed to start.
Running the command ./rootcrs.sh -postpatch resulted in an error, indicating that the prepatch operation did not complete successfully.
The log files showed XML XDK errors, specifically XmlCreate error 278.
The issue persisted despite attempts to unlock, relock, and run localpatch.
The cluster name could not be retrieved, leading to a failure in starting the CRS process.
