Oracle Spatial Studio Quick Start Certificate Fails With APEX Internal SSL_wallet (Doc ID 3065672.1)

Symptoms

On a Cloud database using Autonomous Database APEX with Spatial Studio, the SSL certificate on the Spatial Studio server is not working which prevents connecting from APEX to render custom maps.

Error in APEX: ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

Spatial Studio's Certificate is good until 2034, but it is self-signed.

Normally you would add it to APEX's database wallet but in this case, APEX is on Autonomous Database, which does not have the same access to its ssl_wallet.
