ORA-32383 "unsupported materialized view for concurrent refresh" Raised When Creating Complete Refresh Materialized View (Doc ID 3066942.1)

Goal

ORA-32383 error is raised when trying to create a concurrent refresh materialized view with "REFRESH COMPLETE ON COMMIT" keyword.

 

 

The error does not occur when "REFRESH FAST ON COMMIT" is specified.
