ODA Create DBSystem Creation Fails With Internal Error (Doc ID 3066951.1)

Encountered a DCS-10001 internal error while creating a new DBsystem via the BUI.
The error message stated: "Job 'Provision DBSystem ''<node name>'' (b1a4301f-b2d1-4a16-9997-e68d46b14ff2) failed."
The issue occurred after dropping an empty DBsystem and creating a new one with the same name.
