Symptoms

CRS failing to start as OCSSD cannot discover voting files following kernel upgrade to OL 8.10 and subsequent ASMLIB upgrade to Version 3 to support ASMLIB disks.

Changes

OL8 Kernel upgrade was done from 8.4 to 8.10.

ASMLIB version 3 was installed as shown to support ASMLIB disks.
