Symptoms

The user is experiencing frequent core.netstat.xxxxx errors in the specified directory: /<OSWatcher>/repository/suptools/<Nodename>/oswbb/grid/oswbb.
These errors occur twice a minute and result in the generation of numerous files in the /<GridBase>/diag/crs/<Nodename>/crs/trace directory.
The issue is observed after installing Oracle Database Gateway for SQL Server.
The exact error message is not provided, but it is associated with core.netstat.xxxxx.
