Symptoms

Run a multiple online ALTER TABLE MOVE ONLINE, ALTER TABLE MOVE PARTITION ONLINE, or ALTER TABLE MOVE SUBPARTITION ONLINE does not complete cleanly, there is a background scheduler job that comes in and cleans up the incomplete DDL.

This is the CLEANUP_ONLINE_PMO job. (Note that "not complete cleanly" includes the case where "_online_pmo_global_index_method" = DEFER.)
