Symptoms

In an ODA Plug-in 13.4.2.0.0 environment, when discovering an ODA target, the text boxes for the Hardware and Configuration columns for "Oracle Database Appliance System" and the Target name column for "HOST" are not displayed on the "Oracle Database Appliance Discovery Step: Discovered Targets" screen.
