Symptoms

The symptom manifests as a database crash when attempting to initiate a session with dNFS multipathing on NFSv4.1 over IPv6 addresses. The issue arises specifically when both paths are enabled simultaneously.

These errors indicate a mismatch in the checkpoint count information between the data file header and the control file, potentially leading to Oracle raising ORA-1208 due to a restored backup or media failure
