Symptoms

CRS services are not starting:

# crsctl start crs
CRS-41053: checking Oracle Grid Infrastructure for file permission issues
PRVH-0102 : File "<GRID_HOME>/bin/orald" does not exist on node "<node>".
PRVH-0102 : File "<GRID_HOME>/bin/oraipsecsetup" does not exist on node "<node>".
CRS-6707 : init.ohasd is not running.
