Goal
User is trying to apply patch 35271078 on OGG_HOME with version 21.3.0.0.0 OGGCORE_21.3.0.0.0_PLATFORMS_210728.1047_FBO on Linux 7, x64, 64bit system.
OPatch is unsuccessful with below trace from opatch log.
