DB2 i extracted data as @@@@ in trail files when using CSSID as 65535 in table (Doc ID 3070467.1)

Symptoms

Table replication from DB2 for i series to Oracle, the columns are having junk data on oracle end  after replication

DB2 i table have binary data and CCSID is 65535

While Goldengate Db2 i extract generated trail  file and  it contain data as '@@@@@'. Due to that at oracle end data replicated as '@@@@@'.

Changes

 At ODBC level end customer not seeing correct information and seeing data as 404040404040  binary data.
