ORA-01516: Not Able To Open PDB After Switchover Due To Missing Datafiles (Doc ID 3070588.1)

Symptoms


One of the PDB's was created in primary DB with standbys=none and recovery is disabled on standby for the this pdb. 

After switching over to DR as there is no datafile exists on new primary db for the particular pdb, the pdb can not be opened. It is in mount mode on new Primary. 





Changes

 Switchover to standby

 PDB files are missing for a particular pdb on new primary as it was created with standbys=none on old primary while the recovery was disabled on old standby.
