Symptoms

The customer is unable to enable optimizer traces for a query using the DBMS_SQLDIAG.DUMP_TRACE procedure.

When executing the DBMS_SQLDIAG.DUMP_TRACE procedure, an error is encountered: "ORA-44003: invalid SQL name".
