Symptoms

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
Unable to reduce the SGA I get error:
ORA-00821: Specified value of sga_target 51200M is too small, needs to be at least 96896M

From:
pga_aggregate_target = 10G
sga_target=109056M

TO
pga_aggregate_target = 5G
sga_target=50G


Error Codes
---------------------------------------------------
ORA-00821 on startup of the DB
