Symptoms

Instance crash due multiple OS dependent ORA errors.

eg:
ORA-01116: error in opening database file 29
ORA-01110: data file 29: '/rdsdbdata/db/CSPPROD_A/datafile/o1_mf_eai_ndx_m9l25q9r_.dbf'
ORA-27041: unable to open file
Linux-x86_64 Error: 1: Operation not permitted

ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 112 bytes (,ksm sseg osctx)
ORA-27300: OS system dependent operation:open failed with status: 1
ORA-27301: OS failure message: Operation not permitted
ORA-27302: failure occurred at: sskgm_mga_cr
