How To Open Database When UNDO Datafile Accidentally Deleted And No Backup (Doc ID 3074024.1)

Goal

 When the datafile of undo tablespace was accidentally deleted, database cannot be started:

 

If there is backup generated before this symptom, of course we need to use backup to restore database.
But in cases when there is no backup, we can try forcing database open.

But please keep in mind, there is no assurance of the success.
