ASM Disk Groups Showing "DISMOUNTED" After Reboot (Doc ID 3074116.1)

Symptoms

After rebooting a database with ASMFD configured all ASM disk groups remain in a "DISMOUNTED" state. Attempting to mount the disk group results in the following error:

alter diskgroup DG mount

Changes

 New or recently modified ASM configuration.
