Symptoms
When we create ACFS dbstorage with odacli create-dbstorage and delete,
only /u02/app/oracle/oradata/<db name> is deleted and /u04/app/oracle/redo/<db name> remains.
If we create database and ACFS dbstorage with odacli create-database and delete,
both /u02/app/oracle/oradata/<db name> and /u04/app/oracle/redo/<db name> are deleted.

To create ACFS dbstorage with odacli create-dbstorage and delete.
