Goal

Starting from version 12C, Oracle introduced the Flex ASM feature. Flex ASM relies on Oracle's private network, with ora.asmnet1.asmnetwork and asmlistener being added to the cluster as part of Flex ASM.

When adding a new private network card, we need to consider the functionality of Flex ASM. Therefore, after adding the new private network card, we must also take this resource into account.
