Unable to start Oracle Secure Backup services due to authentication and service management issues (Doc ID 3076511.1)

Symptoms

The user is unable to stop the observiced service using the command: /etc/init.d/observiced stop.
The system responds with an error message: "Failed to stop observiced.service: Interactive authentication required."
Diagnostic output from systemctl status observiced.service shows the service as "active (running)" with a timestamp indicating a future date and time.
The service appears to be hung, as indicated by the diagnostic output.
