INSTANT CLIENT CAUSES MEMORY LEAK WHEN CONNECTING AC/TAC SERVICE (Doc ID 3076528.1)

Symptoms

The C program uses Oracle Instant Client to connect to RAC DB through TAC service. The C program and Oracle Instant Client were installed in same OS server.
The application process of the C program has memory increased significantly in short time.
If connecting to RAC DB using non-TAC service, no memory issue was found.
