Symptoms

While trying to clone a PDB, you get:

 [FATAL] [DBT-19407] Database option (CWMLITE) is not installed in Local CDB (<>).
The database options installed on the Remote CDB(PDB1) must be the same as the database options installed on the Local CDB(<>).
