Symptoms

Retrieving small BLOB data is very SLOW compared to deprecated type LONG RAW

Changes

If we use the deprecated LONG RAW data type, the loading of the same values is much faster.
But as the LONG RAW data type is now deprecated BLOB data type is being used.
