Symptoms

PMSRVR failing with below error trace after

Environment 'dirbdb' (0x0000561825d3a670) cannot be recovered: -30971 (BDB0087 DB_RUNRECOVERY: Fatal error, run database recovery), BDB will be marked as DEAD! (main)
