Getting below error in replicat report file

Error:

INFO OGG-00482 DDL found, operation [ALTER TABLE <Table_name> MODIFY (<col1> INVISIBLE, <col2> INVISIBLE, <col3> INVISIBLE) (size 128) ].

INFO OGG-00484 Executing DDL operation.
.........
ERROR OGG-00519 Fatal error executing DDL replication: error [Error code [22858], ORA-22858: invalid alteration of datatype], no error handler present.
