Symptoms
Customer upgraded the client version from 19c to 23.5 recently.
Ever since, while executing the 'coe_xfr_sql_profile.sql' script - part of SQLT - is failing with below error. However the same script worked fine from 19c client
ORA-03120: two-task conversion routine: integer overflow
e.g
Open SQL*Plus and run coe_xfr_sql_profile.sql script

Customer upgraded the client version from 19c to 23.5 recently.
