Symptoms

When attempting to create a new ODBC Data Source Name (DSN) using a 32-bit Oracle ODBC Driver on a 64-bit Windows OS, the Microsoft ODBC Administrator does not list this driver or any 32-bit ODBC driver in the list of available drivers.
