ORA-00600[GSLCSQ_FREE] Observed In ALERT LOG And No Visible User Impact

This problem can occur on any platform.
A) The following error has been observed for the this issue:-
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [gslcsq_free], [Invalid input pointer], 
B) DBMS_LDAP is being referenced. This will show in the trace file as SYS.DBMS_LDAP_API_FFI or SYS.DBMS_LDAP either within the 'PL/SQL Call Stack' or within the state object (SO) information
C) The stack will be similar to:-
ksedmp kgerinv kgesinv ksesin gslcsq_free gslcsqbr_Free gsleioFBerFree
However GSLCSQ_FREE must be present somewhere within the stack
