Goal

When LOG_ARCHIVE_FORMAT  is set to '"T%T.S%S.R%r"  then the archiver in a Z/OS enviroments tries to allocate a VSAM file with an invalid DSN name format.  A Node with %r tries to create a node that is greater than 8 characters allowed by ZOS for a DSN node.
