Symptoms
You receive the error "Oracle OLAP failed to initialize" occasionally when trying to do one of the following actions:
- Open worksheet.
- Open functions under EPB responsibilities.
The Database Alert log and trace log shows ORA-600
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kghfrf1], [0x000000000], [], [], [], [], [], []
ORA-37002: Oracle OLAP failed to initialize, please contact Oracle Support.
