Symptoms
On quiesce of master group receiving the following error
ORA-4020: deadlock detected while trying to lock object.
This always shows highly used tables as the ones detected.
This has also happened on generate replication support.
This happens after upgrading
to 10.1.0.2.0 or 10.1.0.3.0
Changes
Upgraded the Oracle Database to 10.1.0.2.0 or 10.1.0.3.0
